Application Procedure
ONE APPLICATION FOR EACH ADULT IS NEEDED
YOUR APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED IF THE
APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE
To apply you will need:
- A completed and signed application (one for each adult)
- $35.00 cash or money order, NON-REFUNDABLE application fee
- Proof of income demonstrating at least three times the rent. Bank/financial statements are not accepted as proof of income.
If EMPLOYED, we will consider
Last 2 months of pay-stubs, current tax return, current W-2
If SELF EMPLOYED, we will consider
Last 2 months of pay-stubs, most recent tax returns, proof of business ownership, W-2’s, and 1099’s - Color photos of your Driver’s License and Social Security card OR U.S.
Passport
Acceptance is based upon credit, rental histories, etc.,
along with the ability to pay the required monthly rent.
More than one application, or group of applications, may
be submitted for the same unit. The acceptance is not on
a “first come first served” basis. We may determine a
date when we will decide on which application will be
accepted.
When the unit is placed on the market it is ready for
immediate occupancy. If your application is approved,
the security deposit and a full month’s rent are due upon
signing the lease within three business days of approval.
All move-in money is to be in the form of a cashier’s
check or money order only. After the initial move in
money has been paid the following monthly rental
payments may be made by personal check.
Before coming to the office to complete an application, to
submit a completed application, or to conduct a lease
signing, please call for an appointment. Our usual office
hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm. Before turning the application in,
remember to complete the bottom of page two and include the address, rent, and Security Deposit sections along with your signature and date.
